WinSource’s facilities are located in Metro Manila; the site of the recent explosive growth of offshore outsourcing. The centrepiece of WinSource’s technology platform is the Aspect® EnsemblePro with both inbound and outbound capabilities. The EnsemblePro unites automated call distribution (ACD), predictive dialing, interactive voice recognition (IVR), email, web chat, workforce management, call recording and quality management

Growth target is to expand contact center services by an additional 1,500 seats with a ramp plan starting 4th Quarter 0f 2008 through June 2010.  Target opportunities are inbound support campaigns for contact center services.  WinSource is also engaged into non-voice BPO legs such as CADD services, software development, gaming development, recruitment process outsourcing, transcription services, graphic design, web development and SEO.  Our target markets for expansion include US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
